If you want more energy to do the things you love, this may be for you. We are piloting a coaching program to help individuals improve sleep hygiene, efficiency, and duration. Sleep influences daytime energy and motivation. This pilot study will be used in conjunction with a personal device that monitor sleep. If you are selected, you will receive 3 weeks of coaching for free. These coaching sessions are free of cost to you, but may require you to purchase a device so that you can share your sleep data with us to personalize your sleep plan.
